Up Top Roofing came to add extra insulation to the roof of our hydrotherapy pool. When they arrived they quickly found a problem with the existing structure - the underlying ply was rotten and the old insulation had buckled. Within an hour they had suggested a solution, and by the afternoon they had started work. They pulled in extra support to make sure they could meet our timescales (the work was being grant funded, with tight deadlines) and did a really wonderful job. The work is very professionally completed and looks great. Each and every interaction with every member of staff, whether it be in the office or on site, was always delightfully friendly and professional. In summary, Up Top Roofing are excellent and we would recommend them without hesitation. ~ Cath R

We used up top roofing to redo the roof on our 3 bed detached as it was recommended by a surveyor. We got 3 quotes and went with the middle one which was up top. We were really impressed with the whole experience, from getting the quote to tidying up at the end. The guys were very professional, turned up on time and worked hard. As a result they finished ahead of schedule which was great for us as a family. We got the surveyor back as a matter of caution and even he was impressed with the quality of workmanship and the price we paid. All in all, considering the horror stories you here, we feel blessed with our choice and couldn't recommend highly enough ~ martyn p

An excellent new roof from a team of expert roofers. When I needed my roof replaced I deliberately decided to choose someone I believed I could trust, someone I thought would do an excellent job. I chose Up Top Roofing and they really delivered. They were friendly, knowledgeable, professional and tidy. They were a pleasure to have around and they did an excellent job. Recently had the pleasure of dealing with Up Top Roofing. From first consultation to completion of works, professionalism and quality of workmanship have been second to none. We have made little to no alternations to our roof since ownership, and unsure on the best routes to take, we were given practical, cost affective advice. We are incredibly happy with the results and confident it will stand the test of time and add value to our home. Brilliant...Up Top Roofing are an extremely professional & knowledgeable company. They have recently replaced our garage flat roof and taken down a chimney from our main roof. The team from the initial scaffolders to the roofers were prompt, efficient, polite and completely cleaned the area upon completion of their works. Booked Up Top for a small job. The quote on this was more detailed and considered than others. On arrival at the agreed time the team found serious issues with the batterns and felt and inspected the wider roof. They sent me photos and called me. They met me at home to show me the issues and to discuss my options. It went from a small job to a major replacement job. I was given time to digest the problems, they were patient and clear when explaining, I was not put under any pressure to make a decision that was not right for me. They were completely respectful and professional. Following this they commenced the work leaving everything neat and tidy each day. Communication during the job was quick and responsive. At the end of the job the scaffolding was removed immediately. The team were respectful of my property leaving it very tidy. I was invoiced promptly and then emailed the guarantee likewise. Rang Up Top Roofing for an emergency repair on my roof due to the storm. Kieran was at the door within 45 minutes, ready to repair the roof. Very efficient, prompt and professional! They were able to temporarily fix the roof quickly to stop the leaks into the house and will return for more extensive work on the roof. Dean at Luna was hired the repair roof and repoint chimney. All done in good time and a reasonable price. Also found a couple of other issues which were swiftly dealt with Updates given by photo and video to show the issues and work needed. Kieran managed to fit us in same day for a visit, and then within a week to start work, all with a reasonable price too to replace our slates and fit underfelt.
